CLASS ACTIONS

False Imprisonment

THOUSANDS HAVE BEEN NEGATIVELY IMPACTED BY THE VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT HARD LOCKDOWN

Victoria Police, the Victorian Government and the Deputy Chief Health Officer have chosen to detain large groups of people, in a number of public housing estates, under the guise it is in the best interests of public health. We believe that this action contravenes the processes laid out in the Biosecurity Act 2015 and is therefore unlawful.

This is FALSE IMPRISONMENT.

We are inviting all residents currently affected by this hard detainment to complete the form at the end of this page to register your interest in joining this Class Action. This will be strictly on a no-win no-fee basis.

The Class Action will challenge the legality of this hard detainment and claim compensation.

AHPRA Whistleblower Complaint

While AHPRA continue to choose to muzzle its health practitioners, resulting in them contravening their own purpose, which is to ensure practitioners are doing what is best for public health, we are seeking to commence a Complaint with regards to the unlawfulness of their policy concerning the restrictions they place on their practitioners surrounding communicating and discussing vaccine safety and efficacy risks.

This activity works AGAINST THE INTERESTS OF PUBLIC HEALTH.

We are inviting all health practitioners impacted by AHPRA’s policy to complete the form to register your interest in joining this Complaint.

Vaccine Mandate Class Action

While our politicians continue to choose to ignore their constituents, we are seeking to commence a CLASS ACTION with regards to the unlawfulness of the States' and Territories' vaccine mandates and directives.

This is AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS.

A class action is a type of legal proceeding in which one person (the plaintiff or applicant) brings a claim on behalf of a wider group of people who have been affected in a similar way, or by the same conduct. By grouping claims together and pursuing them collectively, the overall value of the claim goes up, while the cost to each member goes down.

Class actions don’t cover any one specific area of law in the way that areas like workers compensation or motor vehicle accident claims do, for example. They are simply a mechanism for organising large numbers of claims together for people who have been affected by similar circumstances - in many areas of the law.

Below is a list of current class actions we have commenced.
