Prime Minister: Yeah, it is. It's still a couple more months in the US for the trials that they're having, but they're very, very promising. It's a new drug. It's called molnupiravir. Don't try and spell it. • Department of Health | Consultation: Proposed changes to the recommended use of BCG vaccines to prevent tuberculosis 6 Oct 2021 • Department of Health | Consultation: Feedback - Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) Search Beta Version 6 Oct 2021 • TGA | Therapeutic goods advertising compliance: 2020-21 Annual Report 5 Oct 2021 COVID-19 continued to be the major focus for advertising compliance for the first three quarters of the year. The principal findings of the research are: ... -mandate is a political idea in two senses. Mandate doctrine derives from the politics of responsible government on a democratic basis. It does not derive from constitutional, legal or parliamentary prescription. Moreover, a mandate is not a substitute for prescribed constitutional, legal or parliamentary procedures, though it may influence the workings of such procedures [ed; indeed!] -second, mandate doctrine has been mainly developed by politicians in political forums rather than by philosophers or academics ... -there is considerable debate about what a mandate is ... critics of mandate doctrine portray it as a device for nullifying or circumventing due processes of government and legislation. (the first one, anyway). The frontpage headline and the article headline are both clickbait, but the former is baiting "anti-vaxxers" (whilst also mocking them with the childlike wording esp. Christchurch WAS suspicious (many do argue it was a false flag, complete with actors etc.) but what concerned me was the immediate and disproportionate response taken by NZ Government in relation to surveillance, online privacy and freedom of information, all under the guise of 'preventing a similar attack'. Well, we've all heard that one before. The police prosecutor told the court the offensive material included images of terrorists holding severed heads, and images that "promoted and glorified" the perpetrator of the 2019 Christchurch Mosque attacks. Well, those two cancel each other out entirely, so under what guise was he sent to an anti-terror youth reeducation program? Magistrate Adair noted the boy's interest in history but asked whether he now recognised that the images in his possession were "against the law". "It's just another part of history, in my opinion," the boy replied. What a badass kid. Full support. Thankyou team! Hopefully yourselves, your associates, and/or readers can vitally leverage the behind the scenes info about corruption in the following post about Berjiklian and Barilaro. It's a touch sensationalist but nonethless..
